摘要
针对六西格玛改进的理论基础进行了系统而全面的研究. 首先说明工程过程输出呈现正态分布的普遍性和微观机制,进而对工程过程输出的相关性分离技术进行了统计分析,从理论上证明了六西格玛改进的可行性 在此基础上,又提出了六西格玛针对任意状态过程实施改进的理论模型,证明了六西格玛改进结果的可预见性.
This paper presents a complete and systematic research on underlying rationale of Six Sigma quality improvement. It is stated first that engineering processes output generally have a normal distribution and how about its micro-mechanics. And then separating method of correlation of engineering processes is analyzed statistically. It is proved that Six Sigma improvement works. A theoretical model for Six Sigma improvement on any status process is proposed. Predictability of Six Sigma improvement result is proved finally.
