摘要
目前编目社会化已成为图书馆编目工作的发展主流。分析了编目社会化对编目员的影响,指出在新的工作环境下,编目员必须对自己的角色进行重新定位,这样才能有更多的选择与发展机会。
At present,the socialization of the catalog has become the main flow of the development of library's catalog work.This paper analyzes on the influence of the socialization of the catalog on the catalogers, and points out that the catalogers must position their role again for the purpose of obtaining more opportunities of selection and development.
