摘要
目的为了完善新护士的岗前专科培训,提高护理队伍的整体水平。方法经过“三基”培训后,结合专科护理制定新护士岗前专科培训计划,培训内容与临床病例结合,实行参与式教学、双向考核、轮流带教方式,培养评判性思维能力,开展最满意带教老师问卷调查。结果通过目标明确、计划严谨、系统的培训,实现了新护士岗前专科培训程序化和科学管理。新护士考核成绩明显优于以往传统带教。结论新的培训模式为今后的新护士岗前专科培训提供了经验。
Objective To perfect the pre-post specialty training for new nurses,and improve the whole quality of nursing team.Methods After the three basic training for the new nurses,we established the plan of pre-post specialty training according to the features of specialty nursing for new nurses,and the contents of training were combined with the clinical cases.In addition,we adopted participant teaching and bi-directional examination,participated and arranged the shifts in turn,trained the new nurses' ability of critical thinking,and carried out the investigation of the new nurses' satisfaction with the teachers by questionnaires. Result Through the systemic training with clear objectives and organized plan,we achieved scientific management of pre-post specialty training for new nurses with systematic procedure.As a result,the scores of the new nurses were significantly higher than that of the previous traindidtional training.Conclusion The new training mode provided valued experience for the pre-post specialty training for new nurses.
