苦味酸-天狼猩红偏振光法对疤痕动物模型的鉴定

摘要 目的:运用组织学方法对裸鼠疤痕动物模型进行鉴定。方法:选取15只4~6周龄裸鼠,建立疤痕 动物模型;疤痕移植后4~6周处死动物,取移植物行苦味酸 天狼猩红染色偏振光观察组织特点。结果:移植 物与临床取材特性一致,符合增生性疤痕特点。结论:苦味酸 天狼猩红染色偏振光检测瘢痕组织胶原是对增 生性瘢痕组织测定的简便、有效手段;运用裸鼠建立疤痕动物模型是行之有效的、稳定的。 Objective:To identify the nude mouse scar models with histological method. Method: We selected 15 4~6 week aged nude mice (BALB/ nu/ nu) randomly and established animal models, then observed the characteristics of grafs with Picric- Sirius Red polarimetry after 4~6 weeks. Result: No differentce between scar from patients and from the models was noted. Conclusions: animal Scar models established in nude mice is stable and effective.
