摘要
采用 4种不同激素组合的 MS培养液对黄芩细胞进行悬浮培养 ,结果表明 ,在各培养液中黄芩细胞的生长曲线均呈 S形 ,培养周期仅为 9d;在 M2 [MS+2 ,4 - D 0 .5 mg/ L +6 - BA 1.0 m g/ L ]培养液中 ,黄芩细胞的总黄酮积累速率、硝酸还原酶活性及过氧化氢酶活性均高于其它处理 ,是进行黄芩细胞悬浮培养生产总黄酮的最佳培养基配方 .
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi Cell were suspension-cultured in 4 mediums with different hormone formula.The results indicatd that it showed S-shaped growth curve and had 9 day growth period in different mediums.The activities of catalase and nitrate reducatases were the highest in M_2 medium [MS+2,4-D(0.5 mg/L)+6-BA(1.0 mg/L)] which was also optimal for flavonoides production.
