摘要 目的 :评价该材料是否适用于水面舰艇。方法 :以国军标舰船用非金属材料毒性评价规程和水面舰艇舱室空气容许浓度标准为依据 ,采用气相色谱 -质谱联用仪和气相色谱等仪器 ,对JN - 3型阻燃腻子的常温释放物和高温热解物的成分进行定性和定量分析。结果 :JN - 3型阻燃腻子常温释放物有 15种 ,主要高温热解物有 4 2种 ,封箱期间各项气体组分浓度没有超过水面舰艇舱室空气容许浓度标准。结论 :在与试验条件一致的情况下 。 Objective:To evaluate whether epoxy coating could be applied to diesel submarine. Methods:Based on “the Regulations for Toxicity Assessment of Nonmetallic Materials in Ships” and the permissible concentration for air components in the compartments of diesel submarines, qualitative and quantitative analyses of substances released from epoxy coating at room temperature and decomposed products of the material at high temperature were made by using GC-MS and GC techniques. Results:There were 10 kinds of air composition at room temperature and 63 kinds of decomposed products at high temperature from epoxy coating. When the material was sealed in a box, the concentration of released products at room temperature did not surpass the permissible concentration for air components in the chambers of diesel submarines Conclusion:Under the same conditions as those applied in the experiment, the material can be used in the diesel submarine.
