摘要 伴随着买方市场的日趋成熟 ,顾客比较和选择的权力越来越大 ,而顾客选择的结果直接关系到企业的生死存亡 ,顾客成为企业关注的中心。 2 0世纪 90年代兴起的顾客忠诚再次成为学术界和企业界关注的热点。研究结果表明忠诚顾客的价值远远大于非忠诚顾客的。那么 ,顾客忠诚的真正内涵是什么 ?如何才能有效的提高顾客的忠诚度 ?这是企业首先需要解决的问题。
