摘要
针对电网暂态电压扰动信号的在线识别及捕获进行了研究 ,并对监测点的暂态电能质量进行离线分析评价 ,设计出了基于虚拟仪器技术的监测评价软件 ,通过仿真及在线运行测试证明该软件可行 ,可靠性良好。
The identification and grab of transient voltage flu-ctuation signals on line is researched.Transient power quality off line is evaluated.By means of the virtual instrument the monitoring and evaluation software is designed.The processes of simulation and on line monitor verify the feasibility and reliability of this software.
