摘要
目的 探讨全血微量元素铜、锌、铁与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法 用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS),对 119例恶性肿瘤患者和30例健康体检者血中的铜、锌、铁进行检测。结果 肿瘤患者血中的锌、铁水平低于对照 组(P<0.01),铜/锌比值高于对照组(P<0.01).肿瘤有复发组血中的铜和铜/锌比值高于无复发组(P<0.05),血中 锌组间差异无显著性。结论 微量元素与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,低锌低铁可能是肿瘤发生的危险原 因,血中铜水平的升高则可能是肿瘤存在的结果。
Objective To explore the association between the levels of serum trace elements and the malignant tumors.Methods The levels of serum copper absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) in 119 patients with malignant tumors and in 30 healthy subjects. Results Serum Zn and Fe levels were significantly lower in patients with malignant tumors than in healthy subjects (P<0.01);while the difference in Cu/Zn ratio were significantly higher in patients with malignant tumors than in healthy subjects tumor recurrence, Cu level and Cu/Zn ratio were significantly higher in the former group than in the later group (P<0.05), while no difference in serum Zn was found between the two groups. Conclusion There is significant relationship between serum trace elements with malignant tumors. Low Zn and Fe mighe be risk factors causing tumors; while high Cu may be the results of existing tumor.
