摘要
选用3G(二甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯)、EDMA(甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯)两种稀释剂,并设计40%、50%、55%、60%、70%、80%6种不同重量比例封闭剂配方,测定粘结性能(包括粘度值、渗透性、抗剪粘结强度)、机械性能(包括表面硬度、抗压强度、径向抗张强度)、吸水性和耐磨性。结果表明:3G作稀释剂优于EDMA,不同稀释剂比例(在40%~60%范围内)对封闭剂性能影响不大,总体评价,以40%~50%配方比例为最好。
Two kinds of diluent were used:3G(triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate) and EDMA(ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate). 12 sealants were designed using each diluent with different ratios of 40%,50%, 55%, 60%, 70% and 80% of the weights of the sealants respectively. The characteristics test results indicated that, 3G is a better diluent than EDMA and that different ratios of diluent(ranging from 40% to 60% by the weight of the sealants) did not significantly affect the characteristics of the sealants. On the whole, the sealants with the ratios of diluent ranging from 40-50% are the best.
