饮水中氟含量对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文结果表明在25周龄海赛克斯蛋鸡的饮水中分别添加2、5,10、50ppm的氟,对蛋鸡的生产性能和饲料转化率无明显影响(P>0.05)。饮水中的氟含量能影响蛋壳的厚度(P<0.01),在低浓度时,蛋壳厚度随氟含量的增加而增厚;当增到一定程度后,蛋壳厚度又随氟浓度的增高而变薄。蛋鸡连续饮用2、5、10、50ppm的含氟饮水15周以上,就会使蛋的比重明显增加(P<0.01)。蛋壳中氟含量随着饮水中氟含量的增加而提高,并表现明显的剂量一反应关系(P<0.01)。但饮水中氟含量对其它蛋品质指标以及蛋白和蛋黄中的氟含量无明显影响(P>0.05)。 Hundred Hesex caged layers of 25 week-old were allotted randomly in 5 groups andtreated vith fluoride contdining water for 16 weeks.Four treated groups received fluo-ride(f)in water at levels 2,5,10, 50ppm respectively.The control group of layersreceived only common water(containing F at 0.35ppm leve).Production ratio and feedconsumption were recorded dailyin experiment period.Weight and specific gravity ofeggs,strength and thickness of shell,shell ratio,fluoride contents of albumen .yolk and shell were determined for each layer at the 3d,7th,11th and 15th weeks of expe-riment.There were no significant differences in egg production and feed efficiency(P>0. 05)in experiment period. The F treatment did not influence the egg quality.Fintake in given levels from drinking water significantly elevated egg shell F Ievel(P<0. 01).There was dose-response relationship(P<0.01) between the F intake level and Fcontent of shell. The data suggested that water F did not affect on albumin and yold Flevels(P>0.05).
