摘要
本文用离子选择电极法测定番鸭精清中几种无机离子的含量;用氨基酸自动分析仪测定精清中游离氨基酸的含量;此外,还测定了番鸭精清中葡萄糖、果糖等有机物质的含量以及几种酶的活力。结果表明,番鸭精清中Na ̄+、K ̄+、Ca ̄+、Mg ̄(2+)和Cl ̄-的浓度分别为:126.2±10.8、10.07±2.58、3.53±0.79、3.96±0.93和124.3±10.6mmol/L;在所有被测定的游离氨基酸中,谷氨酸含量(93.18±14.66mg/100ml)较高,占被测定的17种游离氨基酸总量的60%以上。精清中葡萄糖含量(113.3±23.5mg/100ml)大大高于果糖含量(1.05±0.51mg/100ml)。甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿酸及尿素氮的含量分别为11.4±4.8、17.5±5.3、24.53±10.53及1.87±0.59mg/100ml。精清中酸性磷酸酶活力(62.1±35.8金氏单位)大大高于碱性磷酸酶活力(5.6±2.8金氏单位),谷草转氨酶及谷丙转氨酶的活力分别为172±36及256±120金氏单位。乳酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶及6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶的活力之比约为67:24:1。
This study was undertaken to determine some of the cheinical components of musco-vey duck (Cairina moschata) seminal Plasma. The result showed that the contents ofNa+, K+, Ca(++), Mg(++) and Cl- were 126.2±10.8, 10.07±2.58, 3.53±0.79,3.96±0.93, and 124.3±10.6mmol/L respectively. Among the 17 free amino acids measured,the amount of glutamic acid (93.18±14.66mg/100ml) was the highest; The amounts ofglucose, fructose, glyceride, total cholesterol, uric acid and urea were 113/3±23.5,1.05±0.51, 11.4±4.8, 17.5±5.3, 24.53±10.53 and 1.87±0.59 mg/100 ml respec-tively. The activity of acid phosphatase (62.1±35.8 King unit) was much higher thanthat of alkali phosphatase (5.6±2.8 King unit).There was no aPParent difference bet-ween the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (256±120 King unit) and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (172±36 King unit).The ratio among the activities of lacticdehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase was 67:2.4:1 approximately.
