摘要
本文合成了芦丁的过渡金属配合物,通过红外及元素分析等方法对其进行了表征。采用荧光光谱和紫外光谱法研究了芦丁的过渡金属配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用。通过二者的荧光光谱的变化,求得芦丁过渡金属配合物与血清白蛋白的结合常数。探讨了它们之间作用力的类型。
A series of complexes of rutin (L) with transition metals were synthesized. On the basis of elemental analysis and IR spectra, the general formula of this complexes, ML2HCO3Na center dot nH(2)O (M=Cu, Cd, n=1; M=Co, n=6; M=Ni, n=3;), is given. The interaction of serum albumin (BSA and HSA) with this complexes was investigated by fluorescence and UV-Vis spectroscopy and the binding constants K (rutin-Cu-BSA: 3.4x10(7), 5.8x10(5); rutin-CuHSA: 1.7x10(6), 5.0x10(5)) and the number of binding sites n (rutin-Cu-BSA: 1.6, 1.2; rutin-Cu-HSA: 1.2, 0.9) were obtained. The fluorescence quenching mechanism of rutin-Cu to BSA and HSA was also discussed.
