摘要
目的 :通过观察过度运动后大鼠海马氨代谢的变化 ,探讨过度运动中氨对海马神经元的损伤作用及其对谷氨酸的可能干预作用。方法 :采用递增负荷游泳训练 ,第 1~ 2周每天游泳 3小时 ,第 3~ 4周每天游泳 4 .5小时 ,第 5~ 6周每天游泳 6小时。最后一次运动后即刻处死大鼠 ,采用高速氨基酸分析仪测定海马氨、谷氨酸和γ -氨基丁酸含量。结果发现 :过度游泳运动后即刻 ,大鼠海马氨含量升高 ,谷氨酸含量下降 ,谷氨酸 /γ -氨基丁酸比值下降。推测 :海马神经递质谷氨酸含量下降 ,兴奋性降低 ,可能与高水平的脑氨含量有关。过度运动使脑氨升高可能是过度运动引起海马损伤的原因之一。
This study was designed to observe the change of ammonia of rat hippocampus after excessive exercise,to explore its potential role in the morphological changes of hippocampus neurons and its interfering effect of the metabolism of glutamate. Type 835 High Speed Amino Acid Analyzer was used to measure the ammonia, glutamate and γ-aminobutyric acid in hippocampus. The ammonia increased and glutamate decreased after the excessive exercise. Ammonia was neurotoxic, this change perhaps caused damage to the hippocampus. The increased ammonia induced the glutamate to decrease, therefore interfered the function of hippocampus.
