摘要
0.1 mol/L HCl-4.0 mg/mL TX 100 -0.05 mol/L BaCl2 溶液体系的荧光很弱,加入 SO2-4 后形成的(BaSO4)n微粒在410 nm、470 nm处产生2个荧光峰,SO2-4 浓度在2.0~80μg/mL浓度范围内与 F470 nm呈线性关系.据此建立了一个测定水泥样品中硫酸根的简便灵敏的荧光光谱分析新方法,其相对偏差(RSD)在 1. 9% ~3 9%之间,回收率在97.0%~102%之间.
There is very weak fluorescence for the system of 0.1 mol/L HCl -4.0 mol/L propanetriol(TX-100) -0.05 mol/L BaCl_2. When SO^(2-)_4 is added, Ba^(2+) reacts with SO^(2-)_4 to form (BaSO_4)_n particles. The particle has two strong fluorescence peaks at 470 nm and 410 nm. The fluorescence intensity at 470 nm is linear to SO^(2-)_4 concentration in the range of 2.0~80 μg/mL. The novel fluorescence method has been described for the determination of SO^(2-)_4 in cement samples, with simple and sensitive. Its RSD is in the range of 1.9%~3.9%, and the recovery is in the range of 97.0%~102%.
