摘要
本文从抗炎、抗自由基的角度观察了SOD在猴牙切髓术后6个月的组织学反应。结果表明:SOD与牙髓组织有良好的生物相容性,可诱导牙本质桥形成,以骨样牙本质为主。对照组氢氧化钙也可诱导牙本质桥形成,以管状牙本质为主。本实验显示了临床应用SOD保存活髓治疗的可能性。
In this study, the tissue reactions six months after pulpotomy with SOD in monkey's teeth were observed. The results suggested that: SOD had good biocompatibility with dental pulp and could induce formaton of dentin bridge, especially osteodentin.The control group with calium hydroxide(CH) could also induce formation of dentin bridge, but mainly tubular dentin. This experiment displays the probability of vital pulp conservation treatment with SOD in clinical application.
