摘要
经测定芦笋含较高的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等营养成分,同时由于其独特的药用价值,在崇尚绿色食品、保健食品的今天,对芦笋的加工、开发和运用必将有着广阔的前景。
It has been determined that asparagus contains greater amount of different nutrients, such as protein, Vitamin, mineral contents and so on. At the same time, because of its specific medicinal value, undoubtedly the processing, development and utilization of asparagus will have broader prospect, especially today when we are advocating green food and healthcare food.
