摘要
应用文献资料法、专家访谈法、信息资料归纳法,对CUBA开展六年来的情况及各队队员的来源情况进行了调查与研究,对我国篮球后备人材培养的现状进行了分析,提出了对建立我国篮球后备人材培养理想模式的建议.
By using documents, interviewing experts, inducing information date, after a six_year investigation and research on the sources of basketball players from CUBA as well as from other countries, with analysis of current ways on training our national champion players, A suggestion of ideal training model for our reserved (or backup) basketball players is raised.
