摘要
阐述了砖混结构常见裂缝形式及裂缝产生的主要原因 ,重点分析了某银行综合楼桩基础施工过程中降低地下水造成地基不均匀沉降 ,从而引起邻近建筑物墙体产生裂缝的机理 ,并从实际情况出发 ,提出了防治措施。
The familiar crack forms of masonry structure are expatiated, and the main reasons of crack are discussed. Foundation asymmetric subsidence resulted by drawdown during pile foundation construction of some bank building complex, and the mechanism of adjacent building wall crack aroused by which, are analysized emphatically. Based on the fact, the prevention and cure measurements are brought forward.
