摘要
提出了一种用于航空压气机叶片型面在线测量的新型装备方案,研究了采样策略、误差补偿等关键技术,研制了BLM001型试验样机。试验证明了该方案的正确性和可行性。
A new on-line measurement machine for aeroengine compressor blade profile is proposed. The key technologies concerning the sampling strategy and error compensation method are researched. The prototype machine BLM 001 is manufactured. The correctness and feasibility of the scheme are proven by experiment.
