保留皮肤乳腺癌根治术合用即时腹直肌肌皮瓣移植再造乳房治疗体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的:介绍保留皮肤的乳腺癌根治术后即时乳房再造的治疗体会,以更好地提高乳腺癌的治疗水平,改善乳腺癌患者术后的生活质量。方法:总结我院自2000年来保留皮肤的乳腺癌根治术后即时乳房再造患者的临床资料,分析手术的优缺点,介绍治疗过程中的体会。结果:1例腹直肌肌皮瓣(TRAM)部分坏死,1例腹部积液,2例胸部皮瓣局部坏死,2例腹壁切口疝;无TRAM皮瓣全部坏死病例。术后对乳房外观评价:患者非常满意17例,比较满意11例,不满意4例。结论:保留皮肤的乳腺癌根治术后即时乳房再造对早期乳腺癌患者是一种安全可行的治疗方法。
