摘要
研究了用天青B测定含蛋白质高的冷饮食品中糖精的分析方法.该法不需昂贵设备.快速,简便而准确,来自6家食品厂的9个不同样品中测定糖精的平均回收率为97.6%.,奶粉、鲜蛋、小豆的公限度分别为80g/L,70g/L,50g/L.
The saccharin in cooling
beverage with high protein was determined by rapid spetropho-tometry and using azure B.The
average rate of recovery of saccharin was 97.6%in 9 sam-ples came from 6 different food factorys.
The tolerant limit was 80g/L,70g/L,and 50g/L respectively in each of milk powder, raw egg and
small red bean.
