摘要
利用毛细管气相色谱测定葡萄酒中的高级醇,色谱条件为:载气流速1.4mL/min,柱温为程序升温:65℃(0min)-15℃/min-200℃(2min),分流比50:1,进样量3礚;以峰面积外标法定量。测得相对标准偏差为0.0120% ̄1.0707%,回收率在95.18% ̄102.25%之间,具有操作简便快捷,精密度好、准确度高的特点。
GC (gas chromatography) using the capillary column was applied to determine the higher alcohols in wine. The optimal separation conditions were as follows: flow rate 1.4ml/min, column temperature program: 65℃(0min)-15℃/min- 200℃(2min), split rate 50:1 and sample size 3礚. The quantification was super area-external standard method. The RSD was 0.0120% ̄1.0707% and the recovery rate was 95.18% ̄102.25%. The results demonstrated that the method had the superiorities of rapid, simple operation, good selectivity and high accuracy.
