摘要
采用放免方法测定正常家兔角膜上皮内PGE1、PGE2、PGF2α、PGI2、TXA2等前列腺素含量。并在紫外线照射前后分别采用0.25%消炎痛油型滴剂滴眼。6小时后再次测定兔角膜上皮内PGs,发现PGE、PGE2、PGI2和TXA2合成均受到明显抑制(P<0.05-0.01),且角膜炎症反应较轻。但照射前后用药对角膜上皮内PGs合成的抑制无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果提示前列腺素在电光性眼炎的发生、发展过程中起着调控介质作用,消炎痛滴剂在防治方面有应用价值。
e detected the prostaglandings in normal corneal epithelium using RIA. Topical
dropping 0.25%in-domethacin oil drop in preirradiating and postirradiating ,respectively. We
discovered PGS(PGE1 ,PGE2 ,PGI,TXA)synthesis to be inhibited dramatically(p< 0.05-0.01) ,and
the reaction to UV was rather less in 6hours after UV irradiation. But the effect of preirradiating
administration was not different with that of po-stirradiating (P>0.05).The results of experiments
suggested that the PGs play an important role in electro-keratitis and 0.25%indomethacin oil
drop can be used for preventing the disease.
