摘要
“官员问责制”是我国政治体制改革进程中的一个重要标志。在某种意义上,它体现了政治民主、依法治国和以德治国的统一,也是体现“责任政府”,推动中国政治文明建设的重要措施。加强制度化建设 ,强调权、责对等,是完善“官员问责制”的重要途径。
Accountabitity for officers is an important mark for the progress of chinese political system reform; and, in a sence, it stands for the union of democratic politics, rule the country by law and moral, and the principle of responsible government; and meanwhile, it is the important way to improve the political civilization construction. Its improved measures exist in strengthening the instisution construction and equally sharing right and responsibility
