摘要
城市轨道交通与土地利用规划是一个互动的单向循环系统。城市轨道交通不仅仅是为了满足城市不断增长的客运交通要求,更主要的是通过对土地使用的控制,发挥轨道交通在城市发展中的积极作用,引导城市空间的有序增长,并形成城市空间发展与轨道交通之间的互动协调关系。
Urban rail traffic and land controlled plan- ning is an interactive one-way circulation system.
