摘要 神经营养素家族 (neunotrophins ,NTs)是促进神经元存活和分化的一类重要神经营养因子。近些年来大量研究发现NTs在突触的发育、成熟过程中也起着一定的作用 ,故本文主要从NTs对突触的形态、结构、功能 ,突触传递等方面的影响来详细阐述。
