摘要
为了强调蛋白质的分子结构与其功能的密切关系,综述了血红蛋白的作用及其分子结构的发现历史,详述了血红蛋白的基本功能单位--血红素分子的结构,从结构化学的角度解释在血红素运载氧的过程中,其中心离子Fe2+自旋的变化与其功能的一致性。介绍血红素是通过中介体而发生氧合作用的,血红蛋白分子中一个氨基酸残基的分子结构发生改变,便会产生某些疾病等最新研究进展。
In order to interpret the close relation between the molecular structure and its function,the discovery of the molecular structure of Hemoglobin and its function of transport O2 were briefly related. The structure of iron-containing heme and its spin changes in the transport process were discussed. Some recent progresses of the study on the function of Hemoglobin were described.
