摘要
从培养研究生创新性的教育实践和取得的成功经验出发 ,分析了研究生的创新性是由个人因素、教育环境、人文环境等诸多因素的集合而成 :介绍了教育过程中培养启发研究生的创新性 ,以及通过提高研究生获取信息能力和改善学术与社会人文环境激发研究生创造性的经验与具体做法。
After an introduction of the way employed in cultivating postgraduates’ creativity in the process of their education and a reasonable analysis of the teacher’s experience and the achievement gained in improving the academic and the social environment for postgraduate education, the paper concludes that postgraduates’ creativity consists of such factors as individuality、educational environment and humane environment, etc., and then gives the countermeasures for the cultivation of postgraduates’ creativity.
