摘要 常减压装置常压加热炉因停电停汽,辐射室炉管超温脱挂和倒塌,分析其原因一是停 电同时停蒸汽,炉管不能注汽超温线膨胀量超过预留允许膨胀量,二是设计缺陷。 The tubes in radiation chamber were fallen off from the bracket and broken down excess permit temperature, because of stopping electricity and steam in the atmospheric furnace of the crude distillation plant. Its causes are analyzed. At first, because steam was stopped as electricity was stopped. It led to that steam can't be poured to furnace tube, and tube temperature increased excess permit temperature, so that its line expansion overran. At the second, it is design defect.
