摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、微血管密度 (MVD)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)与胶质瘤病理分级的关系 ,分析VEGF与MVD和PCNA的相关性。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 4 3例不同级别人脑胶质瘤组织及 5例正常脑组织中VEGF、PCNA的表达水平和MVD。结果 VEGF和PCNA的表达随胶质瘤病理级别的增高而增加 ,但Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级之间差异不显著 ,其余各组间差异显著 ;MVD随胶质瘤病理级别的增高而增加 ,各组间均差异显著 ;VEGF的表达与MVD及PCNA的表达均呈正相关。结论 VEGF、MVD及PCNA均可作为反映胶质瘤恶性程度的指标 ;VEGF促进胶质瘤血管的形成 ,增加胶质瘤的微血管密度 ; Objective To explore the relationship between the grade of glioma and the expression of VEGF, PCNA and MVD,and to analyse the correlation of between the expression of VEGF to MVD and the expression of PCNA. Methods Immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expression of VEGF, PCNA and MVD in 43 cases of human glioma of different grade and 5 cases of normal brain tissues. Results The expression of VEGF and PCNA increased with the grade of glioma,but there was no significant difference of VEGF and PCNA between grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ,and significant difference was found among the other grades. MVD increased with the grade of glioma, significant difference was found among all grades.The expression of VEGF was positively correlated to MVD and to the expression of PCNA. Conclusions Detection of VEGF,PCNA expression and MVD can be used as indexes for judgement about pathological grade in brain glioma; VEGF may promote angiogenesis of brain glioma,and increase MVD of brain glioma; VEGF expression may reflect the proliferating activity of the tumor cell in brain glioma.
