阴沟肠杆菌AmpC酶检测和对14种抗生素的耐药性研究 被引量:2

摘要 〔目的〕探讨高产AmpC酶阴沟肠杆菌的原因和药敏情况。〔方法〕 2 5 8例标本培养中共分离出阴沟肠杆菌4 6例 ,并对其进行AmpC酶检测和药敏试验。〔结果〕 4 6例阴沟肠杆菌中能高产酶的 12例 (12 /46 ,2 6 % ) ,药敏试验表明对亚胺培南敏感 ,对头孢吡肟、舒普深较敏感 ,其他多表现耐药。〔结论〕临床不合理应用第三代头孢菌素是产生高产AmpC酶的重要原因 ,高产AmpC酶阴沟肠杆菌感染的治疗首选亚胺培南。 睴bjective〕 To investigate the causes and drug sensibility of AmpC enzyme produced by E. cloacae.〔Methods〕 Total of 46 E. cloacae strains were isolated from 268 samples, and then AmpC enzyme and drug sensibility were tested.〔Results〕 Total of 12 strains could produce AmpC enzyme highly,which were highly sensitive to tienam , cefepime, sulperazon. The others were resistance.〔Conclusions〕 Out of turn use of the third generation cephalosporins is the important factor of AmpC enzyme higher-produced.Tienam should be first selected in the treatment of E. cloacae infection.
