摘要
目的动态调配全院各病区的护理人力资源。方法通过采集HIS系统医嘱信息,对各病区护理工作进行动态统计。结果科学、合理地利用人力资源,提高了护理工作效率和护理工作质量。结论该系统成本低廉,易于操作,信息准确,极大地提高了护理管理水平。
Objective Dynamic administration of nursing human resources of all wards in the hospital. Methods By gathering information of the doctor’s advices of HIS the system,the nursing working load of all wards in the hospital was counted dynamic. Results Scientifically and rationally utilize the human resources can improve the work efficiency and quality of nursing work.Conclusion There is a high quality performance with low cost of investment,easiness operation and information accurate for setting up this system.The level of nursing administration has been increased.
