摘要
在对目前紫杂铜再生工艺研究的基础上,提出了以热解炉和新型溶钢装置为核心的紫杂铜再生节能新工艺,预计此工艺每吨钢可节约150kg重油、4t以上蒸汽和100kwh以上电力。
on the basis of studying at-present regeneration technologies of composition red copper this paper suggests a new energy-saving composition red copper regeneration technology that centers pyrolytic furnace and new type copper-dissolving equipment. It is estimated that 150kg fuel oil. more than 4t steam and more than 100kWh electric power could be saved Per ton copper by this technology.
