摘要
采用推进剂静态燃速测试仪和氧弹式量热器的试验方法 ,研究了各组分对含硼富燃料推进剂低压燃速和爆热的影响。结果表明 :增加高氯酸铵 (AP)含量、添加燃速催化剂、增加超细AP的含量 ,可以提高该推进剂的低压燃速 ;硼含量的增加可以提高推进剂的爆热 ,但燃速略有降低。热分析的结果表明
Effects of components of fuel-rich boron-based solid propellant on burning rate in low pressure and explosive heat were investigated by measuring its burning rate with standard burner method and explosive heat with calorie meter of oxygen bomb. The results show that enhancing the concentrations of AP, adding burning catalyzer and increasing the concentration of superfine AP will increase the burning rate, and increasing the boron content increases the explosive heat and decreases the burning rate. Thermal analysis results show that the burning rate increasing in low pressure can be attributed to the condensed-phase reaction.
