摘要
试验说明在水温17.4~18.8℃的除氯自来水和20.0~21.0℃浅层井水的环境中,漂白粉对史氏鲟的最低致死浓度范围均为0.5~1 mg/1,安全浓度值为0.5mg/l,不同浓度的漂白粉对史氏鲟的致死时间随着浓度的增加而缩短.
The comparison experiments in different water,one is in t ap water which is removed chlorine and whose temperature is from 18.4 to 18.8,the other is in well eat er whose temperature is from 20.0 to 21.0,are made. To understand the lethal con centration low(LC LO)of bleaching power to Acipenser schrnckii Brandt. The r esul ts show that the LC LO in different water ranges from 0.5 to 1 mg/L,the safe con centration is 0.5 mg/L,and the lethal time shortens along with the increase of b leaching power concentration.
