摘要
为了设计基于SPC3的高速Profibus智能网桥, 提出采用异构双处理器的嵌入式对称结构和任务模块分配的设计方案构造系统, 合理采用多种通讯模式、数据流量控制和实时嵌入式操作系统、TCP/IP剪裁等技术使网桥的实时性和可控性大为改善, 并可实现远程WEB监控等上层管理功能。实际应用表明, 基于本网桥的监控系统具有通信速度高、易扩展、性能稳定的优点。
Traditional design of profibus node is based on single processor architecture.To enhance node performance and process more external events, a kind of profibus bridge node with asymmetric architecture design is introduced,which consists of two heterogeneous multiprocessors and two kinds of communication mode, i.e.profibus and Ethernet ways.The design is primarily based on function modules. Implementation of data flow control and optimized external events are also proposed.In addition ,it compares and analyzes this architecture with communication modes of multiprocessors.
