摘要
为适应基础教育新课程改革的要求,高师教师必须真正确立起有效的教学理念;转化角色:由知识传授者转化为教育促进者,由实践者转化为研究者,由管理者转化为引导者;以探究和解决教学问题为基点进行教学行为的反思。要不断地建构起自己的包括多方面内容的知识体系;必须拥有教育、拓展、交际、管理、教育研究等新能力。
In order to meet the requirements of new courses reform in basic education, teachers in universities must form the idea of efficient teaching, and change the role from teachers to promoters, from practitioners to researchers, and from managers to guiders. They should reconsider the teaching behaviors on the basis of studying and solving teaching problems. Teachers should continuously build the knowledge system covering different aspects and form the new competence for education, development, communication, management, and education research, etc.
