摘要
从分析现有数控系统的瓶颈出发,总结了制约数控系统性能的两条共性规律,提出了并行数控系统理念。分析了并行数控系统的特点及其与现有数控系统的区别,对并行工作数控系统的组织结构、接口类型、实现技术、实现模型等方面进行了系统的研究。在基于Win NT的全软件数控系统上进行了工程实现,取得了良好的效果。
The paper summarized two kinds of universal rules which restrict the performance of current CNC from analyseing the bottleneck of current CNC beginning, raised a new theory of parallel CNC, analysed its characteristics and differences between parallel CNC and current CNC. The paper research system framework,types of interface , realize technic systemic of paraller CNC and so on. Based on the Win NT OS with software CNC carry it through engineering actualize and obtain well effect.
