摘要 根据瘦体组织电传导远比脂肪组织强的原理,我们研制了人体脂肪分析仪(BFA),采用4个电极,引出无痛信号(800μA、50kHz)进入人体,测试电阻抗(Z),编入计算机软件,运算人体脂肪量。与美国BC—300人体成分分析仪进行了比较,二者测试结果呈高度相关。此方法安全、无侵害、快速简便,仅需简单的操作技巧和被测者的合作,且可携带。 On the principle that the electrical conductivity of the lean body mass is far greater than that of fat, body fat analyzer (BFA) has been developed. With four electrodes that introduces a painless signal (800μA at 50kHz) into the body, it measure the electrical impedance(Z)and then calculate the fat with computer. The measuring result is quite close to that of American Be-300 Body Composition Analyzer. This method is safe ,noninvasive, easy to handle, it can provide rapid measurements.
