谷氨酰胺强化的肠外营养在心肺联合移植中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨谷氨酰胺在心肺联合移植中的营养治疗作用. 方法:心肺联合移植术后,施行肠外和肠内营养支持,在肠外营养混合液中加入丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺(力肽)100~200 ml经深静脉输注. 结果:在长达6个月的肠外和肠内营养过程中,病人的肝功能、电解质和心功能均正常,移植的心脏活检和死亡后的病检均显示心内膜和心肌无病理改变,也无排斥反应表现. 结论:谷氨酰胺强化的肠外营养在心肺联合移植中具有营养治疗作用. Objective: To investigate therapeutic effectiveness of glutamine(Gln) in heart-lung transplanted patient. Methods: Parenteral nutrition(PN) and enteral nutrition (EN) were applied in a heart-lung transplanted patient, analyl-glutamine (Tipeptiven) 100-200 ml was added to total nutritional admixtures(TNA),and was transfused through deep vein. Results: The patient had received Gln supplemented nutritional therapy for 6 months, and the liver function、electrolyte and heart function were normal. Postgraft biopsy and autopsy didn , t show pathological changes of cardiac muscle and endocardium, and there was no rejection. Conclusions: Glutamine supplemented PN has nutritional and therapeutic effect in heart-lung transplantation patient.
