摘要
利用计算流体力学软件Polyflow,对一种截面形状复杂的EPDM胶料密封条的挤出过程进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:牵引速率对密封条的挤出形状有很大的影响。在相同入口流量的情况下,随着牵引速率的增大,挤出物截面面积减小,预测的口模形状增大,牵引速率在1.2--1.6v0(入口流量与挤出物截面之比)的范围内,预测的口模形状比较合理。
The extrusion of a typical EPDM sealing bar was simulated using Polyflow software. It was expected that drawing speed obviously influenced the sectional shape of products. The sectional area decreased with increasing drawing speed in the range between (1.2) and 1.6ν_0(the ratio of inlet flux over the sectional area of the extrudate) with a similar extrusion flux.
