摘要 在考虑磁饱和的影响及磁路和电路耦合的同时,以二维有限元为基础,建立了游梁式抽油机专用高起动转矩斜槽电机的数学模型,并用有限元法及多截面有限元方法分别计算了饱和三相感应电机满载起动时的起动性能,将计算结果与实验值进行了比较,证明了两种方法在计算起动电流和起动转矩中的准确性。 In this paper,the mathematic model of skewed-slot high-starting-torque energy-saving motors for beam pumping unit is built based on two dimensional(2-D)FEM and by considering the influence of saturation and the coupling between magnetic circuit and electric circuit,the starting performance of saturated three-phase induction motor at starting is calculated by the FEM and the FEM with multiple sections,the result of calculation is compared to tested value,and it is proved that the two methods for calculating the starting current and starting torque are correct.
