摘要
介绍了电厂汽轮机润滑油油箱及管路室温磷化的工艺及其在200MW机组上的成功应用情况,用液相锈蚀试验和对比浸泡研究法得出了系统磷化后对油品没有不良影响的结论,并用电化学方法、CuSO4溶液点滴法等方法对磷化膜膜质进行了评价。研究表明,用本工艺进行室温磷化,最低磷化温度4℃,室内挂片400天无腐蚀,磷化膜致密完整,耐腐蚀性能优良,完全能满足电厂汽轮发电机组润滑油油箱及管路室温磷化的需要。
The phosphatizing technique at room temperature is studied and used successfully for turbine lubricating oil tank and pipeline in 200MW generating unit. The experiment results of oil liquid rust test and parallel soak test show that this phosphatizng technique doesn't affect turbine oil quality; the phosphatizing film is assessed by electrochemistry and CuSO_4 solution drop test method. This phosphatizing technique can use at 4℃ in practice, its phosphatizing film is compact and full, and has excellent anti-corrosion performance, the corrosion coupon which phosphatized with this phosphatizing technique has no corrosion within 400 days in room. So this phosphatizing technique can satisfy demand of turbine lubricating oil tank and pipeline phosphatization in thermal power plant.
