摘要
目的 比较研究声门紧闭与开放状态下兔肺撞击伤的伤情变化规律。方法 建立兔肺撞击伤模型,采用单 光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)对声门紧闭与开放状态下兔肺撞击后肺损伤伤情进行动态观察。结果 在伤后各时间 点,声门紧闭组撞击侧(右肺)ROI2 ROI1及非撞击侧(左肺)ROI3 ROI1比值显著高于声门开放组(P<0.05)。结论 声门 紧闭组的肺损伤程度大于声门开放组,SPECT不仅可以显示病灶的位置和大小,还可以早期对病情的发展提供有意义的 判定。
Objective To compare the changes of lung impact injuries under the closed and open states of glottis. Methods The animal model of lung impact injuries was established. The development of lung impact injuries in the rabbit glottis under the closed and open states was observed by single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT). Results ROI 2/ROI 1 ratios of both right and left lungs in the closure group were insignificantly higher than those in the open group at the designed time points (P<0.05). Conclusion The severity of lung injuries in the closed group is significantly higher than that in the open group under the same impact condition. SPECT can indicate the location and size as well as the changes of injury, and can hence provide valuable evaluation of the early development and treatment of the injuries.
