摘要 目的 探讨低碘和高碘所致的甲状腺功能低下对大鼠生育力的影响。方法 利用病区的低碘粮食喂养Wistar大鼠,同时饮用不同质量浓度加碘水,复制低碘、高碘动物模型,将饲养3个月的雌雄大鼠按1∶1合笼后观察雌鼠受孕及仔鼠发育情况。结果 低碘组雌鼠受孕率、产仔数显著低于适碘组,仔鼠死亡率明显高于适碘组,生长发育显著延迟;高碘组雌鼠顺产率低于适碘组,死产率、仔鼠死亡率高于适碘组。结论 低碘、高碘均引起甲状腺功能低下,从而降低大鼠的生育力,影响仔鼠生长发育。但低碘对生育力的影响比高碘更明显。 Objective To study the effect of iodine deficiency or excess upon the function of reproduction in Wistar rats.Methods Animal models of iodine deficiency or excess were established by feeding Wistar rats with diet from iodine deficient area or water with different level of iodine.After three months,the female and male rats were mated by 1∶1,then the fertiliy of female rats and filial generation were observed.Results The conception rate and the number of filial generation in iodine deficiency was lower than the normal.The death rate was increased and the development of filial generation was later than the normal.In iodine excess,the death rate of female and filial generation were higher than the normal.Conclusions Hypothyroidism was observed both in iodine deficient and iodine excess rats,and then affected the reproduction function in female rats and the physical development in their filial generation,but more obvious in iodine deficiency rather than iodine excess.
