摘要 简单介绍了X80级管线钢在国外输气管道上的应用情况。介绍了澳大利亚业界对X80级管线钢应用方面的分析和观点,国外在应用X80级管线钢方面的标志性工程以及基于应变的管道极限状态设计方法。总结了《2004北京X80级管线钢及钢管国际研讨会》的主要结论,并对国内应用X80级管线钢的发展前景作了分析与建议:①将X80级管线钢应用于高压大流量输气管道已经是一项成熟的技术,可以带来可观的经济效益;②高压、大流量输气管道使用的管线钢新一轮的升级正在到来;③及时了解X80级管线钢的性能和管道设计、钢管制造、现场施工等特点,对长距离、高压、大流量输气管道钢级的选择,能做出正确决策。 It briefly presents the application instance of grade X80 pipeline steel in foreign country gas transmission pipeline.It presents analysis and viewpoint about the application instance of grade X80 pipeline steel by Australian industry,the symbol project of the application of grade X80 pipeline steel abroad as well as the pipeline limit status design method based on strain.The mostly conclusion of Grade X80 Pipeline Steel and Steel Pipe International Seminar Beijing 2004 is summarized. It analyses and recommends the developing prospect of grade X80 pipeline steel applied in China as follows:1)To apply grade X80 pipeline steel on high pressure,large volume gas transmission pipeline is already a mature technology and can gain considerable economy benefit;2)The new round upgrade application of pipeline steel on high pressure,large volume gas transmission pipeline is coming;3)found out the performance of grade X80 pipeline steel and the characteristic of design of pipeline,manufacture of steel pipe,site construction in time etc..and can make the correct decision face to the grade selection of long distance,high pressure and large volume gas transmission pipeline.
