摘要 掺铒磷酸盐激光玻璃具有受激发射截面大、增益系数高和量子效率高等优点,目前已成为通信领域中广泛应用的一种新型光纤放大器材料。本文主要介绍其性能特点、最新研究进展和应用以及工艺改善方法。 Er^(3+)-doped phosphate laser glass has merits of large emission cross section,high gain and high quantum efficiency. Nowadays this new fiber amplifier material is widely used in communication area.This paper introduces the performance and the progress of study on applications and fabrication technology of phosphate glass.
