摘要
简述了采用USB传输的数据采集设备的系统构成,重点说明在国家“八六三”项目“水下流浪潮综合测量技术”中用USB技术解决了采用A/D卡以及422,485等总线板卡的安装麻烦,受机箱内环境干扰,受主板插槽数量和地址、中断资源限制的问题,从而实现了低成本、高可靠性、多点海洋要素数据的采集通讯。在采集现场,将传感器采集到的模拟量数字化以后,利用RS 485协议将数据上传到数据采集处理器,采集处理器接收485的数据并通过AT98C51单片机处理,再通过USB接口传输至PC机进行分析处理及表征;而主机向设备发送数据的过程正好机反:主机向USB口发送数据,数据采集处理器转换为485协议向远端输送,从而完成了通过水下海洋要素对海洋流浪潮的综合测量。
This article discusses the structure of data-adoption system by means of USB.The emphasis is put on the National 863 Item 'The Synthesis Measure Technique about the Tidal Wave Under Water' by using USB joint technique to solve the problems caused by board cards A/D,422,485,etc,such as installation trouble,disturbances from machine cases,limited members of main board slots,addresses and resource.Therefore the data collection of marine elements is fulfilled on the basis of a low cost,more reliability and multiple points.During the data collection,the stimulated values from the sensors are digitalized,and then sent to data processors through RS-485 protocol.The processors receive data from 485 and by AT98C51 single-processor and USB joints translate them to PC for analyzing.The course of sent data from PC to equipment is inverse.PC sends data to USB for data collection processor to translate into 485 protocol,thus completing the summering measurement of ocean wave,ocean current,and the depth of tides by marine elements.
