摘要
对钨合金材料内部应力场进行分析,结合钨合金材料特有的组织结构建立数学模型,采用有限元数值计算的方法,利用MSC.MARC有限元软件,模拟了钨合金内部的应力场分布。分析计算结果表明,钨合金应力场的分布,并非如先前所认为的首先在粘结相中发生应力集中,而首先出现在高强度的钨颗粒中。
The material's failures mostly arise from inner stress congregation . The research of material's inner stress field and failure mechanisms contributes to the design of new material. The inner stress field can be shown through the finite element method. The simulation of the inner stress field is realized by finite element software. The results show that the stress distribution is not the same as expected. The inner stress congregates not at matrix but high strength tungsten grain.
